DocketBird uses a number of strategies to reduce your court fees.

First, DocketBird uses cost sharing for docket sheet checks. When multiple law firms follow the same case, DocketBird will divide docket checks among users.

Second, when one user pays court fees to download a document, DocketBird makes that document freely available to all users.

Third, some courts (like all federal courts) enable attorneys of record to obtain one copy of filed documents at no charge. When you integrate your court account with DocketBird, we download those documents for free and make them available to you and other users.

Finally, where possible, DocketBird pulls docket information from free, publicly available sources.
